Power alone won't cut it; build your skills!
Andrew Giniat
'Serious training' is often perceived as doing nothing but strictly power-based intervals. And, don't get us wrong, those are important! But being able to drive a bike - in a bunch, over terrain, around corners - is vital, as is knowing how to read a group or a race.
And just like practicing intervals will build your strength, practicing skills will build your competence and your confidence.
In this podcast, we talk about skills to practice across road, cyclocross, gravel and mountain bike: what to do, and how, and why it's beneficial and fun.
