The analysis CoachCat gives is something I have personally performed over 1,000,000 times in my 20 year coaching career. That experience gave us the ability to build this technology! AI workout analysis is the greatest innovation that has happened to endurance sports since heart rate monitors, powermeters & GPS came along.
