The Most Important Cycling Workouts
Ben Delaney
Our Optimize training solution is filled with thousands of workouts that fill more than 100 comprehensive training plans. But which are the most important workouts?
It's a question we get a lot at FasCat, and for two reasons. One, athletes with busy lives often feel overwhelmed and wonder which workouts on their training plan they can skip, and which are the most important. And two, as athletes prepare for their target event, many are eager to find a silver-bullet workout of sorts that will have them perfectly prepared.
So what are the most important workouts? The short answer: There is no magic workout or workouts on their own; you need to train consistently to achieve results. For a longer, more nuanced answer, give our podcast with Coach Isaiah Newkirk a listen!
