Justin Bowes brings over two decades of coaching and elite-level racing experience, coupled with a fervent passion for teaching, to every client. A Kansas City native, Justin discovered his love for cycling at a young age, inspired by witnessing Alexi Grewal's victory in the 1984 Olympic Road Race. Beyond road racing, he excelled as an Elite level Junior Triathlete and immersed himself in the XC Mountain Bike racing surge of the early '90s.

Justin's dedication to teaching and coaching is unwavering. He strives for his athletes to grasp the nuanced aspects of bike racing and training, providing them with the tools to unlock their full potential through the intricate connection of mind and body. Boasting a proven track record, Justin has coached National, Regional, and State champions across various disciplines, instilling confidence that he can guide you towards achieving your goals.

In addition to his coaching endeavors, Justin continues to compete in Gravel, Road, MTB, and Cyclocross races nationwide, racing alongside his athletes. When not immersed in coaching, training, or racing, Justin values moments with his wife, Andrea, and their trail dog, Lukenback, at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Central Virginia.

Coach Jake has been a cycling coach for over 12 years and has been coaching full time with FasCat for 9 years.

Coach Jake grew up racing in Michigan as a junior doing local training races against Tour De France racer Frankie Andreu. Knowing he also wanted to be a pro, he accepted a cycling scholarship to Marian University. While at Marian he went on to win the Midwest Collegiate Cycling Conference 4 years in a row, finished 2nd at Collegiate Road Nationals in 2005, finish 3rd in the Individual Pursit on the track between two future Olympians, spent a summer racing in Belgium, accepted his first pro contract with the Advantage Benefits Cycling Team, and all the while earned a degree in Sports Management.

During his racing career he picked up coaching athletes after discovering the excitement of the science behind power training. He also spent a year as an assistant coach at his alma mater Marian College coaching athletes on the track and the road.

In his time racing as a professional he raced all of the big US races including Tour of California along with races in Europe and Asia. His highest finish in the USPRO Criterium championships was 6th and 12th in the USPRO road race. Jake also had multiple top 10s in Pro calendar stage races including overall win at Fitchburg Longjso and third at the Tour of the Bahamas. He also has a 7th place in Iceman and an 8th place in the Lumberjack 100 mountain bike race.

Nowadays, Jake is a father of three and spends more time riding Zwift than outdoors.  It should come as no surprise that he has moved his focus from being a pro bike racer to a pro cycling coach.  Jake completed a successful mentorship in Boulder and resides in Indiana.  Jake also served as the Director for the Bissell ABG Giant U23 Developmental Team.

In 2016 one of Jake’s athletes won the 35-39 Master Nationals Road Race with an impressive long range solo breakaway. 

Sierra graduated in 2023 with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in the same field. In graduate school, she presented her findings on the physiology of master’s cyclists and bone health in female road cyclists, mountain bikers, and runners. Sierra also works as a health data analyst for Podium Sports Medicine with EF Team Doctor Dr. Kevin Sprouse. Recently, Sierra got certified as a PMBIA Level 1 mountain bike instructor.

As a cyclist, Sierra has raced dirt to road to gravel. She has raced in the US National Championship for Marathon Mountain Biking, Cyclocross, and Pro Road. In 2019, Sierra won a National title in the Category 1 Mountain Bike National Championship for cross country a month after finishing Unbound 200. She went on to race in the USA Crits as a Category 2 road racer and raced in Europe on the USA Cycling Development Mountain Biking team. In 2024, she will be racing the BWRs and Breck Epic Stage Race.

Sierra is passionate about helping with overcoming injuries and building overall strength on the bike. Sierra enjoys applying her education and building a supportive athlete-coach relationship that pushes the athlete to be the best version of themself.

Allie raced road bikes professionally for 6 years for SHO-AIR TWENTY20 and Cervelo Bigla (WWT). She has a background in BMX, Mountain Bike, Track racing, Cyclocross, and Road. She graduated from Marian University in Indianapolis and is very passionate about helping individuals reach their goals.

Allie was on the US National Team for 4 years between 2014 – 2018, competed in the World Championship Team Time Trial in 2015, World Championship Team Time Trial and Road Race in Doha, Qatar in 2016, and won stages in the Energie Wacht Tour (NL), Valley of the Sun, Tour of Utah, Cascade Cycling Classic and the Boise Twilight to name a few.

With her professional experience, Allie is eager to pass the knowledge of training and racing on to people who want to be well-rounded athletes.  Coach Allie offers a variety of endurance coaching.
