Ep. 7: Tour de France Preview Show with Coach Robby Ketchell!
Frank Overton
We're excited to bring a bonus episode this week to your ears! We bring on a special guest, FasCat's new coach, Robby Ketchell to talk all things Tour de France. Robby has worked at the highest level of the sport as a sports and data scientist for teams like Garmin Slipstream and Team Sky. He helped coach Ryder Hesjedal to victory at the 2012 Giro d'Italia and has been an integral component to the high performances of many professional cyclists.
Robby drops by the FasCat podcast to talk about his background and stories from behind the peloton, including a fantastic account of Ryder's Giro win. We then dive into the 2018 TdF route and discuss some of the contenders and key stages, and what we can expect from this year's race. If you have any questions for a future podcast with Robby, leave them in the comments below or on Twitter! We're definitely bringing him back for more... If you're interested in working with Robby to improve your cycling performance, he's now available as a FasCat coach!
